Trinity Property Services (TPS) currently manages 7 retail centres, including both corporate-owned and joint-venture properties. They are located in Innisfil, the Greater Toronto Area and the Ottawa region.

Trinity's property management division is intrinsic to the entire process. Our managers are involved from the ground-up construction phase to the completion and successful opening of our tenant stores. Our mandate is to ensure the satisfaction of our tenants and to assist them in realizing full profit potential.

Our proactive management strategies and immediate access to all key departments, including Development, Leasing and Construction results in issues being resolved more efficiently.
